Use the phone number on your Telegram account. Telegram sends the login code to your Telegram app.
What does signing in do?
It connects your Telegram account to this tool so that, when someone leaves Loop, they can be removed from every group and channel you administer in one step. Your login is stored encrypted on the server and is only used to remove people. You can disconnect here at any time, or end it from Telegram → Settings → Devices (it's listed as "Loop Offboarding").
